Terms of use
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply to the Digdarsan Live app and this website, run by Digdarsan Live (Nepal). By using Digdarsan Live you agree to them. Questions: support@example.com.
1. Access
Anyone may download the app. Streaming needs an account approved by the Digdarsan Live team. We may decline, pause or end access at any time — for example if these terms are broken.
2. Your streams are yours — and your responsibility
- You stream on your own YouTube channel and Facebook Page, and you must follow the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube's Community Guidelines and Meta's Terms and Community Standards.
- Digdarsan Live streams scores, graphics and commentary. Don't add match footage or other material you don't have the rights to, and don't present your stream as an official broadcast.
- You're responsible for what you say on your stream, the images and music you add, and the names and logos you use.
3. Fair use of the app
Don't try to get around the approval, copy or resell the app or the score data, take it apart to extract keys, or use it to harm the service or other people.
4. Score data
Scores come from third-party cricket data providers and can be late or wrong. Digdarsan Live shows them as they arrive, and you can correct the score by hand. Don't rely on them for betting or anything else where accuracy matters.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always work, or that YouTube, Facebook or the data providers will always be available.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for lost income, lost viewers, account actions taken by YouTube or Meta, or other indirect losses from using the app.
7. Privacy
How we handle data is in the privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
